الشروط والأحكام (العربية)

باستخدامك برنامج تاكسل (Taaxel) فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

1. استخدام النظام لأغراض مشروعة فقط ووفق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

2. يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية صحة البيانات التي يقوم بإدخالها.

3. يحق لتاكسل تحديث أو تعديل الخدمات أو الشروط دون إشعار مسبق.

4. تاكسل غير مسؤول عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن أخطاء إدخال البيانات من قبل المستخدم.

5. يخلي تاكسل مسؤوليته عن أي أعطال أو أضرار ناتجة عن أسباب خارجة عن السيطرة مثل الهجمات الإلكترونية أو الأعطال التقنية العامة.

6. يلتزم المستخدم بعدم مشاركة بيانات الدخول الخاصة به مع أي طرف آخر.

By using Taaxel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The system must be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with Saudi Arabian laws.

2. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter.

3. Taaxel reserves the right to modify or update services or terms without prior notice.

4. Taaxel is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect data entry by users.

5. Taaxel shall not be liable for any damages caused by events beyond its control, including cyberattacks or system-wide technical failures.

6. Users must keep their login credentials confidential and secure.
