سياسة الاسترجاع (العربية)

يحق للعميل استرجاع قيمة الاشتراك في برنامج تاكسل خلال مدة 7 أيام من تاريخ الاشتراك، وفق الشروط التالية:

1. تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام فقط من تاريخ الاشتراك

2. أن لا يكون قد تم إساءة استخدام النظام

3. تتم إعادة المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة

⏳ بعد انقضاء مدة 7 أيام، لا يحق للعميل المطالبة باسترجاع المبلغ.

Refund Policy (English)

Customers are entitled to request a refund for their Taaxel subscription within 7 days from the subscription date, subject to the following conditions:

1. The refund request must be submitted within 7 days only

2. The system must not have been misused

3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

⏳ After the 7-day period, refund requests will not be accepted.
